We have adopted simple operational procedures, divided into 3 phases:
1. PRE-PRODUCTION
- Determine the clients objectives
- Script and storyboard
- Put the right team together
- Consisting of: Director, D.O.P, Spark, grip production manager and editor
- Organize the production according to agreed milestones and time-lines
2. PRODUCTION
- Capture pre-planned program
- Develop 3D Model if needed
3. POST-PRODUCTION
- Log and capture the footage
- Edit the media to script
- Record audio for narration
- Compose soundtrack
- Color and motion graphics
- 3D animated motions added
- Final changes
- Create DVD playback menu
- Compress to multiple formats
